Why a locker pickup
Late finishes at the office. Surprise gifts you can't bring home first. Atelier hours that don't match your day. The locker exists for those moments — your bouquet stays cool, safe, and yours alone, ready for any hour you choose.
Common questions
How does the PIN code work?
When the atelier places your bouquet in the locker, the system emails you a unique 6-digit PIN and the locker address. Enter the PIN on the keypad to release your bouquet. Each PIN is single-use and tied to one order.
I lost the email — what now?
Email hello@nairiflowers.com or call +420 606 608 009 with your order number. We can resend the PIN or, if needed, unlock the locker for you remotely.
Can I pick up days later?
Flowers are perishable, so we ask you to pick up the same day. If your day slips, contact us — we hold what we can and refund or replace whatever can't be saved.
Will my bouquet stay fresh in the locker?
Yes. The locker is climate-controlled (4–8 °C) — the same range a florist's cold room uses. Bouquets stay shop-fresh for the day they sit inside.
Is this the same as standard delivery?
No — vending-locker is a separate option at checkout. Standard same-day delivery brings the bouquet to an address; the locker is for after-hours self-pickup at the cabinet location.
Is the locker wheelchair-accessible?
Yes — the keypad sits at 110 cm and the bouquet hatch at 90 cm. If you need an alternative, contact us and we'll arrange a hand-off.
