Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nairi Flowers website and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you accept these terms. They are written in plain English and we have tried to keep them readable.

1. Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Order formation

Prices on the site are quoted in Czech Koruna (CZK). We do not display prices in any other currency. Clicking "Pay" at checkout forms a contract, conditional on our florist verifying stock and the ability to fulfil the order. If we cannot fulfil the order (e.g., an unexpected stem shortage), we will contact you within one business day and issue a full refund.

The order confirmation email you receive immediately after payment is an acknowledgement of receipt, not final acceptance. Final acceptance is signalled by the order moving to the fulfilling status.

3. Delivery

We offer five delivery options:

  1. Pickup in store — Na Příkopě 22, Praha 1. Free. Available Mon–Sat 9–20.
  2. Vending pickup — 24/7 automatic locker (location announced on the checkout page). Free.
  3. Central Prague delivery — 150 CZK, same-day.
  4. Greater Prague delivery — 250 CZK, same-day.
  5. Express delivery (60 min) — 450 CZK, any time during business hours.

Same-day delivery cutoff for non-express is 16:00 local time. Express orders are accepted any time during business hours.

Responsibility for the bouquet transfers to the recipient at the moment of hand-off (for courier delivery) or pickup (for store / vending). If the recipient refuses delivery, see our Returns Policy for the refund posture.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rules and refund timing are described in the Returns Policy. In short: cancel before our florist starts preparation for a full refund; perishable goods (fresh flowers) are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(d) once preparation begins.

5. Intellectual property

The site content, photography, design language, and product recipes are © Nairi Flowers s.r.o. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

Gift-card text you submit remains your intellectual property. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to render it inside the bouquet packaging — that is the only use we make of it.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the total amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost appointments, missed events, etc.) — please plan delivery accordingly, especially for time-sensitive occasions.

7. The voice/text assistant

Our voice/text assistant helps you find flowers and place orders. Its responses are generated by an AI model (OpenAI gpt-4o-mini); we do our best to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee every product recommendation reflects real-time stock. The order you place is what defines the contract — the conversation is advisory only.

8. Disputes and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Czech law. For data-protection matters, the supervisory authority is the Czech Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ). For other disputes, the courts of Prague have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your mandatory consumer-protection rights under EU law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email to active newsletter subscribers and surfaced as a banner on the next visit. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page is always current. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
